Stomach bug

My life is consumed at the moment by some wretched stomach bug I picked up from who knows where! I am on day 5 of this bug and slowly starting to see the end. It has been horrible and absolutely disgusting!!!!
While I have been lying on the couch in misery I have been dreaming of all the things I can do when I feel normal again. Especially making baby things. My Mum has whisked away her sewing machine but thank goodness I have a wonderful mother-in-law who is loaning me hers.
So this is what I want to do....
Start with baby wipes.......Move up to burp rags........Then to cot sheets......
And all this without having any idea how to sew - thank goodness for blogs and U-Tube! What a journey this is going to be - I am so excited! (well as excited as you can be with a bucket next to you...)
When I am back to standing vertical for more than 5 minutes I will post photos of my vege and herb gardens and my stash of hand me down baby clothes from my fabulous cousin. Thanks Emma!

Hope by now you are feeling better. I am in deep sympathy as I have just got over a camplobacter infection and WoW was I confined near a bathroom. Good for weight loss, but too drastic for me!
I am sure you will pick up the know-how of sewing.. I remember starting to learn before my eldest was born, over 50 years ago, and it went on from there; if you are keen to learn it will come easier.
