What else to do at 3am...

but crochet some Granny Squares!

Here is the few I did this morning after giving up on getting back to sleep.
I might have a blanket finished by this weekend if I keep this up!

They are cute, good work for 3am.
Did you by chance happen to find the ring?

I searched and searched but it is gone. Have already ordered a replacement. I still can't believe I lost it!

Soon you will have bags full of these Granny Squares. I know, because years ago on night duty, I started crocheting them. Trouble was I never got to the important bit of sewing them all together, so I donated them to a charity shop ( thrift shop) and someone else somewhere must have sewed them all together!!!

Congratulations on your pregnancy! I hope the second trimester is a little easier for you. I was up at 3am as well - re-reading Harry Potter for the umpteenth time. I saw you joined my blog recently - welcome! I look forward to visiting here again. Bye now, Jacqui
